ISF contest: dinner and some shiny jewelry to wear!

Oooh a fancy dinner. I haven’t had one of those in a long time. But you might!

(OK, that was cheesy.)

My latest contest gives you some goods to have a fancy date night or a night out with the girls. We’ll start with dinner. Dinner is a gift certificate to the ultra-luxe Bruno Jamais Restaurant in NYC (specifically 24 East 81st Street between Madison and Fifth). This restaurant has served all sorts of famous people like Kim Cattral, Bill Clinton and Fat Joe, to name a few. You’ll get a $50 gift certificate to buy something yummy.

It’s open until 3 a.m. for you late night diners, as well.

To wear on your night out, I’m also giving away jewelry from the Bridget Lynne Collection. Check out a couple sample pieces below.

amethyst earringsbubberflies!

You’ll get a piece from the collection (I can’t guarantee which one, sorry!) Bridget Lynne’s jewelry seems very nature-inspired to me and it’s light and fresh. I love heavy vintage pieces, but once in a while a girl’s got to be dainty right?

How to enter

Leave a comment on this post between now and March 31 telling me what item I’ve featured (at any time) that you’d wear. The more specific, the better. if you wanna go wild and tell me where you’d go after dinner, I’d love to hear!

Wow this is a hard contest because you post so many awesome looks! However I have been wanting something just like the Etsy/TresChicVintage sequined dress for quite a while! I’d pair it with some chunky shoes and a cuff bracelet and loose, casual hair and a nice smokey eye. Each Spring my sister and I go away for a girls weekend and NYC is the next city on our list. We would totally get some retail cardio earlier in the day, then visit the restaurant and then go out all night to clubs with our friends who live in the city!

I totally love big and loud necklaces! So I’m willing to try the ones you featured like the Madame Butterfly and the cupcake one. :)

I’d love to wear the allison wonderland dress - it’s simple and cute, so I can dress it up with really nice jewelry!

I’m still looking for the perfect “Bandage Dress” that you mentioned a while back. I’m hunting through Ebay at the moment. I’d definitely wear this to my special dinner with a long cardigan and a waist cincher over top.

After dinner I’m headed for drinks and that’s when I’ll take the long cardigan off and move the belt to my waist on the dress.

Greetings! I remember a beautiful robe you showcased late in 2007. It was a beautiful shade of blue teal with flowers. It had a ruffle around the bottom and sleeves. I would wear that in an instant. The robe looked very much like a dress. It would be perfect lounge wear. I never know when my sons are going to bring home friends, but I
wouldn’t be embarrassed wearing this gorgeous robe. Thanks,Cindi

Thanks for doing this contest. :D I wish I’d known about this site before. I really like the handbags from IndieShop, although I think I might go for the Gabba Bow Bag instead of the Miss Gina Clutch!

I’d so wear that necklace from spoonfed art that you had up recently. Cute!

I am particularly enamored of the robe/wrap by third floor design. I love that the floral fabric is slightly reminscent of a 1950’s housedress, but the cut sexifies it. And I love the contrasting tie. In my mind the tie/belt is grosgrain ribbon and I have a deep & true romance with anything grosgrain.
